General Inquiries

Detailed answers to the questions we receive most often.

What is BLM Georgia?

BLM Georgia is a community-based organization dedicated to achieving racial justice and ending state-sanctioned violence. We provide direct services to survivors of domestic and police violence while advocating for systemic policy changes.

How can I volunteer?

We are always looking for dedicated individuals to assist with community outreach, legal research, and event coordination. Please visit our Get Involved page to fill out a volunteer application.

Where is your office located?

To maintain the safety and privacy of the survivors we serve, we do not publicize our physical office location. However, we are active throughout the state and can arrange safe meeting points or virtual consultations.

Do you provide direct financial aid?

While we do not provide general cash assistance, we do offer mutual aid for crisis situations, including emergency housing costs, legal filing fees for survivors, and essential supplies through our DAF and donor-funded programs.
